I may sleep soon, I may forget
But I wont forget that i regret
Every tear past shed
Every long night in your bed
All the lies that you told me
What could of your reason be?
I regret giving you my heart
An act not so smart
I'll regret giving all my love to you
You promised you'd be true
But the thing I'll always regret
Is that day we first met.

You hide your heart with every breath
Your tears held back with a blink
His smirk means death
He breaks u with a wink
You wish u had a spot light
You wish he knew
He sees you only as that one night

A heart, though hidden speaks true
Speak of love, a winged heart flew
Care is heavy, that he knew
You are care, and care must keep you

A kind sweet gentle child
Be always like the lamb so mild
Silence when thy heart is riled
Golden through and through

What ails my darling thus to cry?
A soaring spirit not to fly?
A caring wanderer drawing nye
Take you, a land of sweet nothings to

A silver tongue no longer held
Whispered thoughts finally yelled
